Polaris Transitional & Extended Care is just a couple minute drive to Alaska Regional Hospital. We are located just North of where Boniface Pkwy and DeBarr Rd meet. Right across from our location is Russian Jack Springs Park North and on the South side of DeBarr Rd, the Russian Jack Springs Golf Course.
